  Thousands of guests gathered at the Washington State Convention and Trade Center in Seattle on April 27 and 28 for the 2008 Northwest Foodservice Show. One of the largest tradeshows in the entire Pacific Northwest, the 2008 Northwest Foodservice show featured more than 500 exhibitors, educational seminars, new products available from across the industry and much, much more.

  Oregon Restaurant Association (ORA) will be hosting Regional Policy Conferences this spring for members wanting to voice their opinions on issues impacting their businesses locally, regionally or statewide. Industry leaders from your area will gather to identify and discuss issues such as health care, local taxes, transportation funding and mandatory increases in minimum wage, as well as other concerns brought up by members in attendance.
