Sagebrush Classic in Bend Cooks Up a Culinary Good Time
An energetic crowd numbering close to 1,100 gathered July 21 at Broken Top Golf Course in Bend to enjoy culinary creations at Central Oregon’s most upscale food event. Assisting the twenty guest chefs from around the world included five ProStart students, who had the opportunity to work side-by-side with the chefs helping prepare and then plating the final products. Oregon High School Prostart Teams Bring Home Top Awards At National Culinary And Management Championship
Oregon's hospitality industry has once again made its mark at the national level. Bend High School's ProStart Team won First Place in the Hospitality Management Competition at the national ProStart Student Invitational in Charlotte, NC over the weekend.

Oregon High School Students Find Recipe for Success at ProStart Championship

31 student teams converged at the Oregon Convention Center to vie for the top spot at the Boyd Coffee Culinary Cup and the Western Culinary Management Challenge. (Read more)
