tell us it is. ProStart™ is a hospitality
education program that combines school-based
learning and structured on-the-job experience
to provide high quality instruction and unique
opportunities for real-world application of
skills. Check out the State
High School Culinary and Management Championship
annual event. ProStart™ prepares students
for the adult working world offering them on-the-
job experiences before they graduate. Skills
learned at the workplace are reinforced through
practical classroom instruction from specially
trained high school teachers.
