Help Elect
Pro-Restaurant Legislators

The Oregon Restaurant Political Action Committee (ORPAC) is the part of ORA that helps pro-business legislators get elected. ORPAC is one of the largest business PACs in the state and one of the most influential lobby organizations.

ORPAC usually spends $300,000 every election directly help candidates the help small business. Last election cycle over 74% of ORPAC contributions went to winning candidates. This proved beneficial at the start of 2003 Session when the Oregonian, for the third consecutive session, named ORA as one of the most successful lobby organizations.

Small Businesses Together Bring Victory at the Capitol

ORPAC does not draw from just large businesses. Unlike other Political Action Committees, ORPAC is made up of mostly small contributions of less than $100 each. ORPAC is living proof that if Oregon’s small business community works together and pools their resources they can make a difference.

Join other small businesses from across the state and make a contribution to ORPAC. Remember, Oregon law allows every person to deduct a $50, or $100 for couples, direct tax credit every year for political contributions. You can either contribute the $50 or $100 to the PAC where it will help in furthering you and your business, or you can give it to the state to be spent by politicians and bureaucrats. Take advantage of your tax credit today!
