Christine Drazan, Political Coordinator

Christine Drazan joins the Oregon Restaurant Association after eight years spent working in the Oregon Legislature, most recently as Chief of Staff for the former Speaker of the House.

As Political Coordinator for the Government Affairs Department, Christine will share stories of the work that goes into achieving political successes on behalf of the hospitality industry; communicate opportunities for political action and engage industry partners in support of pro-business leadership.

Christine’s broad political experience includes Chief of Staff to Speaker Simmons and Majority Leader Harper; Executive Director for the House Republican Caucus PAC; Communications on behalf of Speaker Lundquist and Majority Leader Snodgrass; and Member Services work for Majority Leader Baum.

Prior to her legislative experience Christine served as Member Services Coordinator for VanNatta Public Relations and Association Management. Christine, a native Oregonian, is a graduate of George Fox University and lives outside Canby with her husband and two sons.
