OREF is an OLCC-certified provider for the alcohol server education course. For servers needing to fulfill the initial education requirements or simply renew their permit, OREF offers the first and only initial and renewal courses online! For those who are more comfortable in a classroom setting, classes are also offered throughout Oregon to meet education requirements. Permits are valid for five years statewide.
This online course is for servers needing to obtain their service permit by completing the educational requirements. The cost of the course and exam is only $25. On-Location Alcohol Server Classes
This initial training class is approximately
4 1/2 hours in length (not including
testing & breaks). Cost
is $30 ($25 for ORA/OLA members).
Payment is due at time of class. Pre-registration
is strongly recommended in case the
class location changes. If you haven't
already, you need to complete a Service
Permit Application and mail it
with payment to the OLCC.
The
Oregon Restaurant Education Foundation is a non-profit,
