y Adelante (Onward and
Upward) is a culturally sensitive
employee advancement and retention
tool for managers, supervisors,
and trainers. It goes beyond cultural
and language barriers and provides
employers the right tools to enhance
in-house training programs and cultivate
leaders among your Hispanic workers.
The Product
It's an interactive,
module-based training product that
includes over thirty-five activities
(ranging from 5-15 minutes each)
covering eight different workplace
topics. Here's some of what you
get:
- Trainer
Manual complete with a
training script, modules, handouts,
and other tools to help facilitate
the training to your employees,
5 workbooks (additional may be ordered),
CD Rom, and more!
- Demonstration
Video You get to see a
sample demonstration that includes
"how to" plans for incorporating
the training in all types and sizes
of businesses, introduction of an
employer toolkit of educational
/ social resources, and a video
showing activities in use by employees.
