The success of the ProStart
program begins with industry! Students need
250 hours of paid worksite experience from
industry employers who are willing to hire
the students in their business. Appropriate
worksites can include: restaurants, catering
businesses, coffee shops, grocery delis,
concessions, hospital or assisted living
facility kitchens or dining rooms, hotels,
banquet or catering departments, to name
a few.
