Fall Culinary Scholarship Deadline Approaching ~ Due date: November 17th

In cooperation with Le Cordon Bleu Schools North America, Western Culinary Institute is proud to announce a fall culinary scholarship competition for all graduating seniors.

New advertising intiative to promote healthy life styles ~ Targeted Particularly to Youth

It was announced today that two-thirds of advertisers in the food industry have joined together to form the new Children's Food and Beverage Advertising Initiative. Under the new agreement, the marketers will devote at least half of all of their advertising for children under 12 to promoting healthy foods and lifestyles.
